Second Year Analysts and A2A looking to leave for buyside - NYC Job Opp

In the past I used WSO to help break into banking and want to pay it forward.

My firm is a middle market (~$4bn) special sits/growth equity fund with multiple strategies (~25 investment professionals). The desk I sit on invests in mezzanine credit for growth companies within tech/biz services. Unlevered returns need to be in the 11-15%+ range, so you're looking at pref equity, holdco pik loans, first lien with equity co-invest components. Coming from a BB prior to this, WLB is significanty better, but you're expected to handle a lot more of a deal (there aren't 4 levels of review like banking). Comp is in line with MM PE and you work with industry vets who have been pioneers at generating superior returns.

I'm looking for second year analysts or A2A promotes with experience in either levfin, TMT, or can demonstrate a strong understanding of both. Shoot me a direct message with your resume (feel free to anonymyze your name/personal details) and we can set up some time to see if its a fit.
