Seeing a lot of softness in firm performance

Please be to pardon my English and spelling, as it is that english is not native to my language.

IB analyst (non-bulge). In recent month, flow have been really low. Thing have gotten hairy at times but I try to cut that back, rise above, and hope partners will not mind. I used to be a hardo but that is gone completely. My firm is very small but tries to make it up with flexibility. However, nothing has been consummated and that have hurt my confidence.

How do I get my confidences back? I want to get to a bigger firm (bulge)- maybe I network with woman of The Street?

How will this softness effect my bon? Should I turn to my MD for advices (might be quite a pill to swallow)? Also, the culture is toxic. Basically you for sure are cut if you are Jewish. This is despite the fact i am short-staved.

Please share to me your thoughts.
