Under the virus, our school has transitioned to remote classes and I'll probably stay at home most of the time. I want to start self-teaching how to pitch a stock, how to read financial statements with a logical argument, etc. Besides reading intelligent investor (which I just started reading), where should I start? I'm a sophomore studying Econ with basic knowledge of accounting.

I would do the following: - Read intelligent investor or similar - Read competition demystified (a book on identifying competitive advantages) - Learn accounting - Read Seekingalpha and Value Investors Club (two websites where you'll find plenty of stock pitches) -> Seekingalpha is also good for consolidating earnings reports and news updates for companies - Repeat the last step until you get the hang of stock pitches - Feel free to follow a few companies throughout this process and make real-time opinions on current events - Learn valuation - M&I has an article and I believe two youtube videos walking you through a basic stock pitch / investment memo structure.
