Senate majority and agriculture M&A

Hi monkeys,

I'm greatly concerned about democrats gaining the senate majority, and need your suggestions on how to hedge.

I am a heavy investor in agricultural goods. This includes glyphosate, a powerful chemical that acts as a pesticide, which has an iron grip on american agriculture (good economic moat). The communist democrats are worried about chemicals like these and their health effects on people, . They fail to see the economic benefits, the jobs provided by allowing companies to experiment with strong chemicals in our food supply, and American dominance in manufactured and modified foods, which we lead the world on.

Not to mention, regulations in this area will severely impact M&A if firms are forced to reduce their offerings.
Would love to get the monkeys take on this question:
1. Analyze the extent to which increased regulation in an industry of your choice (Agriculture only please) will impact M&A (5 points)
