I've got an opportunity to move to Sydney, I'm currently at a Japanese Bank in New York, but this opportunity will pay double compared with my New York salary. I work in a sector which is booming in Aus right now and the red carpet is being rolled out, while USA is stagnating.
Question for my Aussie brothers, Is being a Senior comparable with Associate level or Vice President level?
