My MD told me that he specifically did not care much about GPA
Honestly, they prob couldn't care less
but if you want an answer: high workload, high gpa, high experience
Plenty of kids with all 3 so they don't need to compromise
Lack of: hobbies, desire for fresh air, touching grass or anything that distracts them from work

Lol depends on the senior banker. From what I have seen, they in general like kids who were good students/employees in past jobs. Have impressive accomplishments, have a positive attitude and are excited about being there and basically willing to work for free in an effective sense. It seems to me they want kids who are willing to do their jobs for them and support whatever they want to do with their free time outside of work
