Senior Level Bankers: What do you value in your juniors?

Do you like individuals with more experiences or a high GPA. Ik everyone is sick of seeing kids who aren’t in IB asking these meaningless questions, but do you value someone who took on high workloads and took a hit to GPA since accepting offer, or low workload and high GPA?

Lol depends on the senior banker. From what I have seen, they in general like kids who were good students/employees in past jobs. Have impressive accomplishments, have a positive attitude and are excited about being there and basically willing to work for free in an effective sense. It seems to me they want kids who are willing to do their jobs for them and support whatever they want to do with their free time outside of work
