Senior who seems to be targeting me, having trouble eating/sleeping

Hi guys:

On my team, one of the senior people really dislikes me, and that's causing all other people to "punch me" (metaphorically) too to gain his favor...

Why does he dislike me? I actually don't know... but I'm very different from him in all angles (ethnicity, gender, family background rich or not rich, etc.) and I think that's partially causing it - ie. whenever he seems something very different from what he is, it causes a natural displeasure.

It's been tough for me, especially the others also do it to please him. I'm looking for new jobs but not finding one yet, and this affects by ability to eat/sleep.

Has anyone else been there before? How did you deal with hit, and how did things turn out?

Thanks
