Serious question… how tf do you pass screen at BBs
Just applied for the UBS Graduate Scheme.
Got “Exceptionally higher than other candidates…” feedback for all practise tests as I practised them for months on JobTestPrep.
Have x2 IB internships and also worked in PE for a bit.
Target MSc Finance uni in France.
Like how the hell do you not even get an interview?? What do you actually need to pass the screen lol
Im confused, have you been rejected?
I have indeed
What about the SJT or the video interview?
.
Your video interview was probably not good enough mate. I got the AC with them and so did a couple of my friends
I didn’t do a video interview haha
You got the AC for LDN FT?
By video interview, I mean their hirevue. And yeah I did
Luck, diversity and networking in that order for Europe. There's another 8 BBs out there and plenty more great places to work at - not a good look to be so hung up about one bank.
Your pre-university grades also matter
Also, how well represented is your university at that bank? Might not be a target
Ah yeah that is probably it, although I finished my A-Levels over 6 years ago so sucks that’s the reason.
Quite good, had x2 coffee chats with people who work there
It won’t be your A levels unless your below like ABB - banks really don’t care that much
