Been on the desk for 6 weeks now at a decently sweaty shop.
I keep making mistakes, I’m struggling to learn group-specific technicals, and the hours aren’t good.
I know you’re not a value add until at least 3-6 months into the job, but I’m feeling like a very large pain in the ass as other analysts / associates have to check my work multiple times. I’ve never felt stupider.

Like 10 months in now, it’s just the process. Sucks and minimize repeat errors, but just the nature of the job. It will get better with time, be attentive. Good luck.
I’m currently working on a Sunday night on like v90000 on something that probably won’t even get looked at. I feel dumb man.
