SF Tech IB attire

I'm relocating to SF for a tech IB VP role.

I'm from a more strict full-suit background, but having online interviews with the team that I'm joining, it looked like being in a full suit all week long would look wierder.
Lot of the dudes were in polo shirts, polo+blazers, and some MDs were in sweaters with no shirts.

Is the workwear more like blazer + chinos every day in SF? Or should I stick to my suit collection for now and adapt to how people dress to work? Is it different by house?

A2A in SF - have worn a suit twice, both for formal pitches. Do a shirt and pants for the first week and see how the rest of your team dresses. By my second year I started pulling up in lululemon khakis and a long sleeve t shirt. My first years still dress with a shirt and pants though
