Sharing connections with classmates?
If a junior banker gave me their contact info in person or after messaging them on LinkedIn, would it be bad to share that “connection” to others looking to network, given that I’m just an undergrad student? I know a lot of bankers send their colleagues contact information to students who are recruiting, but I didn’t know if it’d be a bad call for a prospective intern to share contact info of bankers to other undergrads.
My closer friends and I do, but obviously we won't make it seem like we got their contact info from a friend. We usually wait a week or two then email them saying we found them on LinkedIn, and nobody cares.
you are creating competition for yourself....thats not how capitalism works
