Short Coffee Chats?
Is it okay if coffee chats are roughly 15-20 minutes? I usually book for 30 minutes but when I'm talking to an analyst usually the chat only goes for about that long. Should I be aiming for 30? Sometimes I feel like we run out of things to talk about (perhaps because I try to ask general questions)
They definitely should be 15-20 minutes tops...Shows that you can be straight to the point and cognizant of their busy schedules.
Should usually be 15-20, budget schedule for at least 30, sometimes it'll hit 30+ if y'all really click and they aren't majorly busy
Book for 15, but usually end up talking for 30. 15 gives you an easy out if the conversation is awkward.
My calls are rarely less than 30 minutes but rarely more than 40.
