Should I email back right after finishing a deck or the next morning?

I’m just starting and recently got a task to update a pitchbook. It is not urgent but I’m also trying to make a good impression these days, so I finished it on the same day but late at night (around +11:30pm). Should I send it right after finishing or first thing in the morning? Like I said I want to make a good impression but I don’t want to look like an annoying hardo.

Thanks for your answer. Makes sense, although it probably makes a difference that he’s an associate (grinds more). I should have mentioned that I was talking about more senior bankers (svp, md)

I would send the updated deck/sheet when you finish regardless tbh. My staffer had a really good explanation for this when I was on the job. He said that banking was different than college because there was no room for mistakes and you can't wait till the next day to complete your homework (i.e. a revision on a deck they sent you at 7:00pm). It's obviously your call, but that's my advice.

I’m just starting and WFH doesn’t really let me see the way other colleagues work so I appreciate all these answers to get an insight
