Should I get into Investment Banking?
I am in my last year of graduation, and I really looked up to become an investment banker.
So I joined WSO to get some insight about Banking.
And so far from what I have read, it only made me rethink my decision to get into Investment Banking!
So I am pretty much confused whether to persue becoming a banker or find other opportunities.
Do share your opinion will surely help! Thanks in advance..
yes
First error lmao
Hahaha
You might as well pursue it and see if you like it or not.
You are going to have to work at a regional for now and then lateral to a better bank after a couple of months - by that time you should be able to know if you want to follow the path or exit into a corp dev/corp fin role.
You haven't started and you're in two minds already.
You know the answer.
Shocking, but the investment banking forum is a little biased towards investment banking.
So yes, you should do investment banking. Hope this helps.
