that thread is irrelevant i'm talking about world firsts 20 minute encounters some 40 minutes
scripts like this pull mob X into this corner dps adds down every 20 seconds click this orb shift dps to Y mob debuff Q mob move X mob into that corner etc very very hard thing to do

this shit they are talking about is keep tank up burn mob ....any one and his mom can do that .....

StopDropRollDo you really want them to know how much time you wasted on a game?

its not that much time if i remember we followed this schedule

sun,m,t,th,fr,sat , 6pm-12pm call when contesteds are up usually 2 am when no one is online to steal it from us

I think MMO experience is actually really important... my guild for instance was the first to open the black portal in world of warcraft.. so that goes without saying if anyone gives me shit in the office im going to beat the crap out of him with my level 80 gnome mage... if, he too plays wow.. and is on my server.. and is in a different faction than me..

to answer your question.. MMO experience is equal to captain of an intramural soccer team.

honestly there is more math/stats in mmo than a econ/finance major in mmos your have to use advanced software to time when mobs(dragons/skeletons etc) will release adds, dots, when you are doing to much dps when doing to less and could end up wiping the raid and losing the encounter

This shit is phenomenal. Best part is you have the lingo down pat (I think?) so we all know that while you may be trolling, you really know about this stuff.

Lingo could be better, especially since he's just throwing in keyword stereotypical fantasy creatures and not the actual analysis that goes into gaming (though then people might not be able to tell that he's trolling, but it's balbasur). Still decent trolling though.

MMOs train your APM (actions per minute, keys+mouse), you can hotkey and code like a pro in excel! /only half sarcasm

Sure there's math (dps analysis), probability (crafting), leadership/community building (guilds), game theory (fighting, PvP), "portfolio" management (skill build planning, equipment optimization), and economics/trading/market making (if you were a merchant), but 99%+ of what you're actually doing is grunt work (clicking hotkeys in a certain order to see pretty colours and kill monsters). Of course, 99%+ of what you do for any job is grunt work, but at least they generate revenue. It's about results. If you sold your accounts/virtual money for cash, you might be able to spin it, but the hourly rate is still terrible. Use the "transferable" skills for something more productive.

are you making this shit up? because i have no idea what the fuck you are talking about most of the time and it kinda seems like ur throwing fake l33t speek at us seeing if anyone will call u on it (mobs, adds, dots, dps, debuff, dkp sounds like ur talking about like washing cars or some shit)

very dedicated troll im guessing

Reality hits you hard, bro...
