Curious to hear if the group here has first-hand / known experiences of lateral positions.
I am negotiating a move from a well-known platform to another and was wondering if anyone's heard of sign-on bonuses, or other inducements that may be "market" for such a move.
Haven't made up my mind yet (the letter is being drafted) but if it happens, I'd be moving as an 2nd year associate. Wondering what I should be expecting for that.
