Sign On Bonuses - London/Europe

As the title suggests, I am curious as to what sign on bonuses (for any IB group/division) are in London/Europe for analysts (whether from SA FT offer or not).
Is there a vast difference between BBs and EBs? What are MM figures like?

Any comments are much appreciated.

In London, signing bonuses for investment banking positions typically vary depending on the institution. For most of the Bulge Bracket (BB) banks, the signing bonus is generally around £5,000. However, some Middle Market (MM) and Elite Boutique (EB) firms may offer higher signing bonuses, potentially up to £10,000. It's important to note that a $50,000 sign-on bonus would be considered exceptionally high and not the norm within the London market. This discrepancy highlights the significant differences in compensation structures between various types of financial institutions in the region.
