Signed my offer 2+ months ago... Still no updates?

Hey guys,

Posting again since I haven't had any luck with my previous posts. Signed an offer at a BB's WM division more than 8 weeks ago and was told the background check process could take up to 6 weeks due to COVID. In a few days, it will be my 9th week waiting for my background check to clear, I still have no start date, and haven't received any information since then. Anyone else experience such a delay during the onboarding process?

I have experienced that before with a BB as well. You need to follow up with the recruiter and just let her know on how you can assist to accelerate the process.

I reached out to her a few weeks ago but she said she'll keep me updated. Followed up last maybe last month, but will probably wait until I hit my 10th week to reach out...  How long did it take you to start from you signing your contract to the first day in the office?
