Silly question but help me

Hi all,

I recently had a Skype interview for SA(BB, Asia region).

For the last question of the interview, the interviewer asked me 'Why you' question.

During my answer, a pop-up on software update came on and I leaned my face to the screen, clicked some keyboard to clear it(he should have listened to the sound) and I kind of didn't answer well during the few second.

Can the interviewer think that I'm finding the script to answer the question? Is it silly that me sending an e-mail that clarifies the situation?
