Silver Lake - Analyst (London)
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have info on Silver Lake's analyst programme in London? Any info on responsibilities and career progression would be appreciated, i.e. is there a path to promotion for homegrown analysts? How does the position compare in terms of opportunities and potential exits with starting at a top group at GS/MS? What are the pros and cons of focusing on tech early on? I know that SL is a great opportunity in the US, but I'm also still unsure what to think of their European operations.
Thanks!

Can you only apply through certain university career portals?
Interesting topic. Where did you see the application?
Recruitment led by KEA, they reached out earlier this summer. Prob done by now
Does anyone know what decent PE firms in London offer convertible internship / analyst roles? BX, Silverlake, Carlyle, KKR but the list seams very lean and all hire 1/2 analysts apart from BX by the looks of it

Bain Capital Credit london takes undergrads for sure. Final years can apply to the internship as well. I'm just not sure how lean the team is
Carlyle only hires Analysts for REPE and Credit, not Corporate PE
Credit is actually a much cooler opp to do after school than equity.
Big boomer energy
I've never seen London internships for Apollo, Carlyle, or CD&R posted anywhere. Anyone know where i can find these?
Apollo definitely posts their internships on certain handshakes
You're just a filthy non-target
