Singapore Management University MSc
hey guys I wanted your views on SMU’s MSc in Applied Finance and MSc in Quant Finance. I got into both programs but my goal is FO BB in M&A. Do you think that it is a target school in Asia and Singapore specifically? Pls help me decide! tia
semi-target imo
It's as target as Singapore Institute of Management.
what does that mean?
did you manage to get into IB? mind to share your final uni selection and experience?
100% not true. SMU, NTU and NUS are the "semi target" schools of Singapore, maybe ~20 from each sch get into IBD/Markets?
SIM/SUSS is like 1 person per batch going into IBD.
Yeah agree with tellmehowtoplay, the local unis are semi-target. No insights on masters though, most of the people I see going to IBD are bachelor's with a preference for SMU kids.
Which universities are target in singapore then?
