Sleep
My sleep schedule is absolutely whacked and I'm sure that's no bueno but I'm wondering how people in the industry deal with getting to bed and how easy/difficult it is to actually fall asleep once you try. Measly prospect here so I really only have myself to blame for my sleep habits. But even so, 6/7 nights once my head hits the pillow -- regardless of how tired I am -- my thoughts go wild for at least 25-30 minutes before I knock. Normal? Weird?
Honest answer is, if you get a bad sleep schedule in uni, then fucking stop watching Netflix ...

They have basically no downsides. I have a little thing of em, I recommend you pick them up if you’re curious. Wouldn’t recommend using these daily, but on the nights that you are going to bed all hyped up or if you’re trying to go to bed early, pop one or two and you’ll be shlumped on your ass till the morning.
