Recently accepted an associate position within Debt Capital Markets of a small 20B - 40B bank. I’m curious as to how tough it would be to leverage this position in a year or two to transition to NYC in DCM. Does anyone have any experience with this or have advice on what to focus on to help leverage my experience in the future?
