(Small but substantial) GPA drop between applying and accepting offer.

I transferred for my sophomore year so sophomore fall was my first semester. Out of 6 classes, I received grades for 4 when I applied on January 1 (had a GPA of 3.94 for those 4 classes, and that was my only grade for my current school). Since then, I've also completed the spring semester and a part-time summer semester and I am currently doing my background check as in my junior fall. My GPA has dropped to a 3.86 since then. Is this a red flag? Especially since my GPA ended up being a 3.87 for that first semester when the other 2 grades dropped instead of the 3.94 (I already had these grades by the superday but not by when I applied)?
