Know a guy that works there and asked about this last fall (work at a competitor myself)…said he usually works 60 hours a week at least. Can increase to 70 when it gets closer to deals. Weekend work sounded limited, if non existent. He had a pretty positive experience so far and enjoyed the senior bankers he worked with.
Junior pool is split amongst all verticals (Natural Resources, Power and Infra…believe these were the main verticals). Once you hit VP, you get pushed to specialize in one of the verticals.
Hopefully someone who works there can provide more detail, but that’s what I remember from my call with him.
