By far the best culture I’ve seen while networking compared to any other bank. Everyone seems super smart and hardworking while just actually having a personality and being a chill person. Not crazy hardo vibes but intelligent folks for sure
Congratulations on Solomon
Experience is really group dependent tbh. GPR, IPR, and Consumer have decent culture and WLB. Other groups like business services and healthcare are a grind.
Thanks, what about Industrials and Tech?
Both are relatively new groups so don’t know enough about them.
