Following - any info on Chicago office?
I have heard that the Chicago office is growing rapidly, around 30 people. I think business services is their biggest group, but don’t know much about comps or if it’s mostly pitch vs live deals.
spoke with someone on the team seems to be pretty heavy on pitches but they did close a deal as an AN
Chicago office making huge strides. Bus serv good and HC just stole rainmaker from HL
Getting one SMD from Evercore and another from Gugg. Seems like Solomon is actively attracting great talent from legacy banks compared to the other MMs. FYI in comparison, HL hires senior bankers from KPMG

Spoke with them during my recruiting days and they pretty much only hire FT from the intern class per the lead recruiter. I like the firm and think it's a great place to start a career
