That's cool and all, but I made like $700 all in too last year
Counterpoint: VP turnover was at its highest in decades last year. They may make a lot of money but they have been working analyst hours or more without the weekend/vacation protections afforded to juniors and with far more pressure on them.

this is so wild. Just declined by IB offer a month ago to go into tech, but this is making me pick up the phone and call my mid-tier BB so I can transfer to Goldman one day
