I go to Mich (Econ) and no offer. Hundreds of calls and emails. It feels like the only thing I have left is SMBC and Piper Sandler. What do I do?

if you get an interview at any of those, really grind your required techs and prcatice your behaviorals to the best of your ability
otherwise, just do the classic stuff, keep reaching out, cold-emailing, any alumni would help, etc
You have to continue to reflect and improve while going fourth. How many first rounds were you able to? What about Superdays? If your conversion rate is poor, then you have to see figure out what can be improved. Generally, it's luck related but if you can't convert, for example, 5 first rounds to 2-3 superdays, then something can be improved.
