I am a current sophomore at a non-target majoring in finance and economics. I aim to land a summer analyst internship my junior year and am aware it’s essential to have a summer internship during your sophomore summer.
I am new to the whole recruiting process and after applying to many companies and having interviews, I have had 0 luck in obtaining an internship. I wanted to ask what do you guys suggest I do to better my chances in landing an internship this summer.
