Sophomore Offer Thoughts
I recently received an offer from a top middle-market bank for their sophomore rotational program. It rotates across investment banking, sales and trading, equity research, and debt capital markets. Ideally, I hope to get an offer from a BB or EB in NY for junior year recruiting. Do you think this would help me significantly over a private equity or hedge fund summer internship? Another thing is it doesn't pay that well. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
