Career Resources
Hadn't heard of them before, but the deal flow has been pretty good given headcount. The namesake partners have a non-traditional background it seems, but they are probably plugged in well. Seems like a good opportunity.
Interned here recently. Great people, very small shop. First experience in ibanking--was very positive. Close about 12 mid-cap deals a year. Comp is similar to bulge brackets, but not for interns (i.e. not prorated). As an analyst you can expect to perform valuations, prepare descriptive memoranda, help on due diligence and meet w/ PEs about twice a week
