Spring Insight Eligibility for Second year

Hi

I have question regarding spring insight eligibility for second year student in three-year undergraduate programme, who is planning on doing a one-year master after undergraduate.

I'm a rising penultimate student at Durham studying Economics. I want to break into IB but unfortunately I haven't had any spring weeks during my first year. As I mentioned above, I am planning on doing a one-year master's after my undergraduate. This means that I essentially complete my education in 2025.I am considering applying for spring again when they open later this year.

The reason for this move is that I think competition for summer analyst position is much tougher than for spring as even masters students apply for summer internship(which would make me look less qualified in applicants pool). Also, my ethnicity being Asian male without UK citizenship hurts my chance even more in this current situation.

I have emailed several BBs but all I got was vague answers to refer to their career webpages...

Does anyone have experience similar to this? Am eligible to apply since I am planning to do master's degree in the future(which would technically make my education journey four-year)? Or should I go with summer application and shoot my shots?

I highly appreciate your help with this!

Thanks
