Staffer hours
How many hours does the staffer usually work? Obviously, at small firms, it is the same. But at large banks where they only do staffing and are not involved in deals, hours have to be less?

At every bank I have seen the staffer is a full time banker. Take a normal workload and add 3-4 hours a week for staffing duties

Staffer is almost always a VP banker
There is no separate staffing function. Staffer is normally a VP.
At JPM, the role of staffer is a full time commitment and they solely focus on their staffing responsibilities for a year.
