What are your company's RSU vesting schedules? I was hoping for 25% every 6-months over the course of 2-years but just found out at my BB it's 50% at the end of year 2 and 50% at the end of year 3. Is this as big of a nut punch as I initially thought or am I completely unaware of what's considered market?
Also, I'm learning these RSUs don't earn dividends which is most of the reason to even own a bank stock in the first place so it makes the long vesting schedule even more disappointing.
