Starting career in Specialty Capital Markets, is it over for me?
Have a technical background and went to large east coast target, but I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life and just recruited for IB like all of my other friends. Got a return for next year for a incredibly niche group at a BB but realized that IB really isn't something I see myself in long term.
Realize that I should be looking for other jobs now and have been, but I'm curious - is there any benefit to these groups or am I doomed for a life as a career banker?
