Stephens Inc Investment Banking Associate Phone Interview and Modeling Exercise
Just wanted to know if anyone can share experience on their investment banking associate phone interview with Stephens Inc. I have a phone interview tomorrow. Surprised I even made it that far. I'm worried about the financial modeling exercise I have to do after the phone interview is done.
Anyone have input on associate level interviews and modeling tests?

After the phone interview I was supposed to be taking a personality test and then they were going to give me a financial modeling exercise. I assume sometime of DCF or mergers modeling but its been a week now since my phone interview and they havent sent me any modeling or personality test so perhaps I wasnt considered further to do these things.
Heya, from my understanding, most entry level financial modelling test involves building an operating model and maybe carrying out some projections based on assumptions provided to you. Perhaps some sensitivity analysis and a tornado chart at the end to wrap things up?
