Stephans slightly edges out imo. Great culture, growing platform, and they let analysts on the private jet.

Gugg is significantly stronger than Stephens and has been growing quickly since the Millstein acquisition. They are consistently top 10 in rx league tables, where as stephens doesn’t even crack the top 35. (Don’t listen to the post above). Gugg rx is relatively new compared to other players in the top 10, and they will definitely continue to grow with the rest of the firm. Also, they have a solid culture, and the name will carry you so much further.

Stephens seems like the choice here. Dallas office has been killing it with energy mandates.

Can confirm! They had at least one Lazard rainmaker make the move. I've also heard that bonuses range from 120-150% of base. Plus you can't beat the Dallas weather. Most underrated Rx shop on the street imo.
