Steps to becoming an investment banking analyst or associate
What steps do I take in high school to pursue this career (do I have to be really good at math?)? I'm really worried and confused.
Focus on your grades and ECs for now and get into a good school that places well on Wall Street to maximize your chances of breaking in. Save the worrying for when you actually start to recruit for IB internships.
