It’s ass. Iirc they cancelled all offers for summers two summers ago due to no revenue but don’t know anything since then. Regardless probably no deal flow

No deals and they target relationships with the smallest and least relevant E&P companies
Seconded. Have never seen their name in a PR or league table. I don’t even think I’ve seen them in the actual datasets for league tables/fee comps before. They must literally be doing 0-1 deals per year.

they’re hiring two MDs from Moelis and outlook is better but not amazing. C tier group with main deals being co-bookrunner roles on tiny IPOs, hasn’t closed an M&A deal in years, assume only deals will be smaller companies ($100mm - $300mm)
