Strategy to IB Feedback
Hi, currently a manager at T2 Strat. focused on PE deals, i've come to the conclusion that going directly to PE will not be an easy task, so i started turning my attention into IB to give me a better chance.
What is the traditional way to approach IB recruiting? regular applications? I have a very slim list of connections and working on expanding that but what is the most effective approach?
