Street Pay for Second Year Analyst?
Hey all,
Currently entertaining an offer from a non BB bank and am interested in seeing what is street base pay for second year analysts.
Is it $105k or $110k?

Base pay at my bank for second years is 125k.
That's insane, does your firm pay above street? Thought that AN2 was like 110k? Is this an EB, BB, or MM?
My EB is 110k 1st year / 125k 2nd year.
It’s an MM but GS and a few other firms are also like this.
Anything below $110k is below street. $110K is the min for a fair salary

JPM 2nd year is at 105k
2nd year base salary is $105k at my bank, which is standard across most BBs/MMs.
