Stress prone and worried about what lies ahead

Went to the dentist today and finally discovered that I grind like hell in my sleep. Said that I should not have the bone structure that I do for my age.

I guess I am doing something right as I will be working at a bank this summer. Obviously pretty concerned as I have watched the industry unravel in the past year and a half with all the workplace surveys.

Anyone have good approaches to mindfulness or stress relief? I get the whole exercise and diet thing - I play ball almost every day so I'm in acceptable shape.
