Are there any good IB shops who's recruiting process for 2026 summer hasn't started yet? I'm a rising junior stem major at semi target and recently developed an interest in the field (didn't know what it was until 1/2 through soph year).

decent shops... AGC partners just finished up... Level Equity (GE shop) is currently in process of interviews... Bank Street Group (top tier comp) for TMT banking also is in the process of interviews I believe (not sure)... some hedge funds like Abdiel Capital Management might have open 2026 apps.
Other than that, Stephens Investment Bank opens up 2026 apps in August.
