Big question I have is whether Hines hires back Summer Analyst for full time. I know jpm does. Current junior at Ivy League.

I think this is a no-brainer. MMBSI is commercial banking which sucks and has very little exit opportunities vs. a buyside role at Hines. Obviously take the Hines offer.
