Summer Analyst - Pimco Alt Credit vs BAML IB vs Lazard M&A
Dear all, I'll be so much appreciated if I could have your valuable thoughts on which summer analyst role to choose among the following 3, in terms of learning curves, career trajectories, full-time return rates, compensations ... and all other aspects.
I haven't decided which route I want to take in the future.
a) Pimco, London - Alternative Credit & Private Strategies Summer Analyst, Special Solutions Group (Portfolio Management - Commercial Real Estate Equity)
b) Bank of America, Dubai - Investment Banking Summer Analyst
c) Lazard - M&A Summer Analyst
If you want to widest options + exit ops, go to Lazard M&A (assuming this is London office). If you want to make the most money possible at your earliest years while sacrificing little bit of your exit ops, go to BoA Dubai (you get paid similar to NY/London, but no tax). If you are sure of the buyside, then go to PIMCO.
