it is possible - banks will not check whether you applied for 2019 SA. they also understand the circumstances associated with graduating a year later, so in most cases they will be forgiving.
You shouldn't have any problems. Usually you just put your intended grad year - not your year (ie junior vs. senior) at least in the apps that I did. If you reapply for 2020 then just list your grad year appropriately that time around.
