No, usually you walk out with an offer, or know where you stand. That's a big knock against Goldman - they screw around with some folks, dragging them out well into fall. Full time recruiting is in full swing through the fall, so the offers need to be out there in advance of that.
its pretty scary that spots are already being filled. how soon do people doing fall recruiting find out about offers?

finished my stint in deutshce like 3 weeks back... HR said offers for fulltime will only be given in late sep - mid oct period...
