Need an honest take.
Feels like I got off on the wrong foot during my SA. Made a few communication/detail mistakes in the first two weeks (only one was repeated) and I was a bit slow initially. I’ve improved since, but it feels like my team has already made up their mind and doesn’t really rate me.
Is it still possible to recover from this, or should I already start preparing to recruit elsewhere?
