Superday in Morning or Afternoon?
I have an IB superday next week and get to choose either the morning session (9am-noon) or afternoon session (1pm-4pm) on the same day. Would one time be advantageous over the other? The firm said that they'd be making offers at the conclusion of the superday during the evening/night.
Current benefits of going in morning seem to be: first impression, interviewers are less tired?
Benefits of the afternoon: Last impression, recency bias when choosing candidates?
